Administrator/Accounts – Part Time Temp Maternity Cover

Four month Temp Maternity Cover for an administrator/accounts person

Must have an excellent telephone manner, you will be dealing with client enquires, with good IT skills with attention to detail. You will be producing pro-forma invoices, input supplier invoices, input bacs payments, file + help generally within the department.

This a part time position starting at the beging of March until the end of July, you will be needed to work 3 hours a day Monday to Friday,

This is a Permanent position, must have previous sales experience preferably with an advertising background

Must have excellent communications skills both verbal and written, with an impeccable telephone manner. Must be able to keep all paperwork in order, good organisational/customer service skills.

Experience of selling either over the phone or face to face, and knowledge of the publishing industry are desirable.

These are Temporary ongoing positions, you must have a good print background/experience, you will be required to run machines at a well known and established company in Colchester, your work will be on a shift rota systems, including 12hr Nights/Days. Pay £6.25phr for days £7.25phr for nights.

Transport not essential but in some case would be an advantage. Hourly rates start at £6.50phr increasing dependant on experience/position.

Service Repair Engineer

Must have previous, service/repair experience, preferably in the sports equipment industry. This position will mean driving all around the UK with nights out during the week as and when required. Due to insurance the candidate must be over 25 with a clean driving licence. This is either a Temp to Perm position for a candidate who may need training, however if you do not need any training you will be able to go Permanent.

Experience is not essential, but would be preferred, or any Sales experience. Shift work hours from 7am – 9pm Would be 4 days during week 12pm – 9pm to start with and one day at the weekend.

Saturday 8am – 6pm Sunday 9am – 5pm. This is temp to perm position £6.08phr, but with excellent commission and bonus schemes available could potentially double the hourly rate!!!
