Top Job Recruitment are working alongside a leading Building Services Client who are currently looking for an AC Service Manager.
The Role • Responsible for the complete day-to-day management of the entire service division and full P&L responsibility • Responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of 10-12 field-based engineers. • Ensuring KPIs and SLAs are achieved • Financial forecasting • Providing technical assistance to field operatives and contractors • Recruitment • Monitoring of unauthorised absence • Site surveys • Pricing of projects and contracts • Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are adhered to • To support the growth and development of the team • Dealing with customer technical sales enquiries • Respond to any external sales enquiries • Attend meetings supporting all team members, when required, in discussing large projects for non-standard equipment with the customer. Salary £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
