Top Job are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator to work for one of Manufacturing clients on the outskirts of Colchester. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced studio in a manufacturing environment. You must be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining strong attention to detail and high-quality customer service in both a service & sales environment.

You will be a point of contact for customers with queries regarding products, orders, costs and delivery date.

A good working knowledge of sage50 accounts package is essential.

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with customers on correct product usage.
  • Accurate measuring of artworks
  • Generating quotes / proformas
  • Contacting customers to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Assisting the sales team by handling calls from potential new customers.
  • Creating, managing and filing invoices
  • Debt chasing
  • Arrange customer deliveries/ bookings via client portals, produce delivery notes
  • General office management – ordering stationary, filing etc.

Requirements

  • Good organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite although training available for the right applicant.
  • A good working knowledge of sage50 accounts package is essential.
  • A passionate and hardworking personality.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Ambitious and keen to learn.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work to work quickly and accurately to short deadlines.
  • A friendly approachable manner.
  • Excellent organisation skills

Hours: Mon - Friday / 9 - 5.30, this cannot be altered due to production demands.

Own transport essential due to rural location.

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
