Top Job Recruitment are looking for an Accounts Assistant for a company based in Kelvedon, Essex.

This exciting opportunity is to join their busy Finance team who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant. It is a very varied role and previous use of Sage 50 and Excel is required as is excellent attention to detail.

Accounts Assistant Job Role

  • Answering Incoming calls
  • Assisting in client queries
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Processing new business applications
  • Credit checking
  • Processing payments
  • Chasing overdue debt
  • Fuel card ordering
  • Input new data on bespoke system
  • Reconciling supplier invoices
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Invoicing
  • Sage duties


Accounts Assistant Skills Required

  • At least 1 year Account’s experience in a hands on role
  • Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
  • Sage 50
  • Microsoft Office package


Accounts Assistant Perks and Benefits

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Owing to the location of the office, a full driving licence and your own transport is preferred.
