Part-Time Accounts Clerk / Office Assistant 

2 days per week 9.00amm to 5.00pm (ideally Tues/Weds or Tues/Thurs) open to discussions regarding hours etc

- Must have minimum 3 years Sage experience (payroll/accounts/sub-contract payments etc)

Sage Accounts: -

  • Entering Sales & Purchase Invoices & Credits, and entering Sub-Contractor invoices;
  • Entering Payments & Receipts from bank statements and cheques received/sent;
  • Enter items on Credit Card Statement individually as bank payments, under appropriate bank account reference on Sage;
  • Enter credit card payments as a bank transfer, from current account to credit card account;
  • Enter petty cash receipts for employee’s expenses as bank payments, under appropriate bank account reference on Sage;
  • Reconciling Bank statements;
  • Running monthly CIS Returns before the 19th of the Month;
  • Running Sub Contractor monthly statements for the sub-contractors who have CIS deductions made against them;
  • Running the Quarterly VAT Returns and submitting via Sage

- Includes General Admin duties

- 5 weeks Holiday pay (10 days)

- Free on-site parking

- Immediate start

- To replace existing employee who is retiring after 30 years service.
