Top Job Recruitment are looking for an Administration Assistant for our client based in their factory in Maldon, Essex.

Our client specialises in the manufacture of EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) and RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) Shielding materials.

As an Administration Assistant you will be apart of the admin team supporting all aspects of office admin.

Administration Assistant Job Role

  • Processing Job sheets to be distributed on the shop floor
  • Process Purchase Requirements
  • Accounts functions such as credit control, chasing customers for payment and managing the accounts email inbox.
  • Assisting the accountant with various accounts related duties
  • Providing cover for the sales administrator
  • Type documents as required

Administration Assistant Perks and Benefits

  • Negotiable salary dependant on experience
  • Hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm Friday 7.30am to 12.00pm
  • Negotiable half day on a Friday or a 4-day working week
