Our client based in Colchester is looking for an administrator for an immediate start.
Duties for the temp role would include but not extensive -
- Help to design and create daily / weekly reporting templates
- Compile and share daily weekly reporting for Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse and CS teams
- Liaising between Goods in and Purchasing to ensure inbound activity is captured accurately and on time
- Help create and make visible inbound booking diary
- Update performance boards daily
- Updating internal data base's
- General Office admin duties
Must have strong Excel skills, good ability to manipulate data and strong attention to detail.
Supply Chain or Warehousing experience an advantage.
Hours of work 8am-5pm Monday -Friday
£10phr
This will be a 3 month booking with the chance of a permanent placement if all goes well.
