We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to process orders, answer any customer queries and any other general admin duties in our ever growing business based in Colchester, Essex. This role is to cover maternity leave, with a possibility for a permanent role for the right candidate.

•    Processing of customer orders from our different selling platforms.
•    Entering orders onto our bespoke database system.
•    Booking collection of the order with the relevant courier services.
•    Liaising with customers to update them with delivery details.
•    Answering any customer queries via email, telephone or direct messages from our websites.
•    Assisting our sales team with any queries or orders that they receive directly from customers.
•    Assisting the warehouse with any queries relating to the packing of the orders being processed.
•    General administrative duties to maintain the running of the office, eg ordering stationary etc.

Start Date: End of March/ Beginning April
Working Hours- Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
Office Based in Colchester
Salary- £22000 per annum
