We are currently recruiting for a Bookings Administrator to work with our client in Colchester. This role is full time and permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, you must be able to work a mix from home and in the office. Ideally you will be immediately available with previous administration experience, a quick leaner who is self-motivated and available immediately.
Main purpose of the role: To be responsible for booking appointments for a team of residential surveyors, acting as a central point of contact and dealing with any queries or problems.
Main Duties: • Booking appointments by phone in a timely manner whilst ensuring that Covid protocol is followed at all times • Dealing with incoming calls and emails • Ensuring timescales/turnaround times are managed • Adhering to SLAs set by individual lenders • Regularly updating the computer system so that clients and surveyors can be kept informed of bookings at all times • Ensuring timescales for queries and service standards are maintained • Prioritising and balancing workloads for surveyors • General administrative duties such as call handling, emails, excel etc • Liaising with customers and co-workers to resolve problems • Offering explanations of the various report formats to internal or external customers who require a valuation or survey • Compiling information for payments and refunds as per in-house procedures • Being a central point of contact for any issues • Any other duties necessary to maintain an efficient appointment booking service
Salary: £20,500 per annum
