· You will receive four weeks fully comprehensive training. It consists of three weeks classroom training with our in-house trainers, followed by an “academy” environment where you will be receive further support and guidance. To ensure you can be as successful as you can be in your new role.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week (Mon – Fri between – 9am & 7pm) 1 in 3 Saturdays on a 3 week shift rotation

The role and responsibilities:

• You will deal with inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers. No cold calling involved at all.

• You will need to understand customer’s needs and provide insurance solutions that are best suited to those requirements.

• Ensure calls are answered in a timely and professional manner ensuring exceptional customer experience is always delivered.

• Our core business standards are adhered to, this is key to our culture.

• Ensuring that all activity is completed in accordance with approved business processes

• Complying with all regulatory and customer service standards

• Achieving and maintaining the required competencies for the role.

Essential criteria we have:

• To be able to travel and work from our Colchester office.

• Engaging personal communication style.

• Positive attitude, resilient and adaptive to change.

• Experience in dealing with customers

• Minimum standard of GCSE Grade 4 or C or above. In English and Maths.
