Job Title: Office Administrator
Responsible To: Sales, Service & Planning Manager
Key Tasks Defined
· Assist customers with general enquires via phone and e-mail
· Process and check sales orders through Movex
· Process order Amendments/ Cancellations
· Respond to all delivery date enquiries from customers
· Raise orders for chargeable / FOC postal orders
· Raise and manage Homeserve appointments for third party repairs
· Ensure parcels are prepared for daily courier collection along with letters for Royal Mail
· Updating postal orders along with tracking details
· Maintain the swatch stock on the system to ensure all requirements are achieved
· Assist with ad hoc tasks
· To ensure that Health and Safety is of the utmost importance to all staff and that the Company’s Health and Safety policy is strictly adhered to.
This is not an exhaustive list, and you will be expected to be flexible in your approach to carrying out your duties, that may change from time to time to reflect changes in the Company’s circumstances. In this respect you may be required to carry out any additional duties as requested by your Supervisor either on an ongoing or ad hoc basis.
