Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Administration Assistant for a company based in Braintree, Essex.

Administration Assistant Job Role

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Manage office correspondence including emails and phone calls.
- Provide administration support to customers, suppliers, Internal + external sales engineers.
- Creation and distribution of Supplier orders.
- Corresponding and Liasing with related suppliers.
- Updating Office databases.
- Inventory control -Interaction with other departments to investigate and resolve stock issues.
- Creation, maintenance and updating of discount codes for customers.

- To provide first time resolution for clients, both internal and external queries and/or complaints.

-Creation and maintenance of customers consignment stock including stock control, contracts and pricing.

-Providing support for customers Vend solution machines.

-Provide support and assistance to other departments.

Administration Assistant Skills Required

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in computer skills including data entry and typing.
- Familiarity with excel and word are essential - M3 knowledge preferable.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and clerical duties.

Hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch, Friday is 9am - 4.30pm with 30 mins for lunch.
