Administrator
Full time 40 hours per week
£28,000 per annum plus benefits
Start date mid to late February

We are working with a specialist paediatric therapy organisation that supports children with neurological and developmental needs through highly individualised therapy programmes. The team is passionate, positive and family focused, creating an environment where children, families and staff are supported to thrive.

Due to an upcoming departure, they are now looking to welcome a friendly, organised and proactive Administrator to join their team.

The role
This is a busy and varied administrative role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of an organisation. You will be a key point of contact for families, therapists and colleagues, ensuring the smooth day to day running of the centre.

Duties will include
Managing schedules and appointments
Handling enquiries by phone and email
Supporting therapists and management with administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate records and systems
Creating a welcoming and professional front of house experience

About you
We are looking for someone who is
Energetic, positive and approachable
Confident communicating with a wide range of people
Self starting, organised and able to use initiative
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Fun, warm and professional in equal measure

Experience using a scheduling or booking system would be highly beneficial, and experience with Cliniko would be an advantage, although training can be provided.

Working hours
40 hours per week
Shift options are either 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm
One late day per week, finishing one hour later
Early finish at 3:30pm every Friday
