The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following essential skills and attributes:
Experience and competency to carry out commissioning, service and maintenance works to all aspects of air conditioning and ventilation systems including splits, VRV/F, close control units, MVHR units and air handling equipment.
Good knowledge of Air Handling Units
Good diagnostic skills both mechanically and electrically
Good understanding of electrics and controls wiring
Full UK driving licence
F-Gas 2079 Category 1
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive 'can do' attitude
Able to work on own or as part of a team
A good knowledge of Health & Safety
Highly articulate and presentable with excellent customer facing skills
IT literate and good record/data keeping skills
Desirable, but not essential:
Previous experience working on healthcare sites
Water Chiller experience
Good general mechanical building services knowledge
Ideally NVQ Level 2/3 qualified
PASMA/IPAF
CSCS Skills card
Salary on offer is between £38,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience.
