Our client based in Colchester who is a manufacturing company based in Stanway are recruiting Assembly Operatives

The role reports directly to the Manager. As a key member of the production team, you will be assisting in the preparation, assembling, processing, and finish of products ready for distribution

This job will include the following:

• Assembling tools
• Working in a fast but efficient manner
• Distribution, stock control, quality management.
• Working towards orders and targets
• Working well in a team

You will need to have:

• Previous manufacturing experience and or assembling line experience
• Strong communication skills;
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions from a manual
• Ability to communicate and deliver quality service and to be adaptable under the pressure of tight deadlines;

This will be a temp to perm role working Monday – Friday with the following shifts available

8:30am-17:00pm Monday to Friday however Friday 8:30am-16:00pm

This will start as soon as possible for the right person.

£9.20

Raising to £9.50phr after a performance review, usually 12 weeks.
