We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the delivery team for a high profile client in London. 

About the job 

As an Assistant Project Manager your main focus will be to support the delivery team and provide excellent customer service to our clients for Kvadrat Acoustics.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Supporting the Project Manager on daily project duties
  • Updating delivery schedules
  • Liaising with the factory and ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Ensure RAMS are up to date and signed by the site team

 

Your profile 

  • You are an enthusiastic team player with good interpersonal skills
  • You have the ability to multi-task and manage a wide variety of daily tasks
  • You want to work in a company with high demands for quality and growth
  • You have talent for problem solving and creating ideas for improvements

 

Qualifications and competencies

  • You may have experience in project management in the construction industry or similar background.
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PC proficiency (excellent keyboarding skills/data entry skills).
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English, additional languages seen as a positive.?
