Assistant Sales & Service Coordinator (Waste & Recycling Sector)

Top Job Recruitment are looking for an Assistant Sales & Service Coordinator to join a large family owned business, that has over 30 years’ experience in the haulage and recycling industry.

If you want to work for a company that supply their customers with innovative waste recycling solutions, then this could be the job for you

Job Role:

  • Coordinate waste solutions for new and existing customers nationwide.
  • Make daily phone calls and emails
  • Coordinate customer enquiries between suppliers, keeping customers always informed.
  • Raise customer invoices and passing supplier invoices and account management
  • Keep Compliance up to date i.e. Waste Streams, Waste Transfer Notes and supplier documentation.
  • Monitor customers credit limits.
  • Receive tenders from customers and provide quotes

Job Requirements

  • Be confident, a good communicator who is self-motivated and pro-active in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be good at working under pressure on your own and as part of a team.
  • Be able to think on your feet, be resourceful and self-managed.
  • Be computer literate and have good industry knowledge.
  • Have good customer relationship skills, liaising with them to keep them informed every step of the way.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 07:00am – 17:30pm.
  • Rotas Saturdays 07:00am – 13:00pm.
