Building Surveyor – Full-Time, Permanent

Our client, a well-established property consultancy with a strong presence in East Anglia and London, is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be based primarily in the East Anglia or London area, with occasional travel to their main office located in Colchester.

The ideal candidate will be RICS chartered or working towards chartership, with proven experience across a range of surveying services. The role offers a diverse workload including condition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, and technical due diligence. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Requirements:

• Ideally RICS chartered or nearing qualification

• Based in East Anglia or London with flexibility to travel

• Solid experience in professional and project-based building surveying
