Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Business Compliance Auditor to join our client's team. This role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high-quality assurance standards. Reporting to the Finance & Facilities Director, the successful candidate will conduct audits, analyze compliance gaps, and drive improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough compliance audits to assess adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

  • Identify non-compliance issues and propose effective corrective actions.

  • Compile detailed reports highlighting audit findings and recommendations.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to implement compliance strategies.

  • Stay up to date with evolving regulations and industry best practices.

  • Contribute to the enhancement of company-wide compliance policies and procedures.

  • Deliver training sessions to staff, ensuring awareness and understanding of compliance standards.

  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Skills & Experience:

  • Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor with relevant experience in compliance auditing.

  • Strong grasp of quality assurance principles and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-driven environment.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in internal auditing.

  • ISO 9001 certification.
