Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Business Compliance Auditor to join our client's team. This role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high-quality assurance standards. Reporting to the Finance & Facilities Director, the successful candidate will conduct audits, analyze compliance gaps, and drive improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough compliance audits to assess adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
Identify non-compliance issues and propose effective corrective actions.
Compile detailed reports highlighting audit findings and recommendations.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to implement compliance strategies.
Stay up to date with evolving regulations and industry best practices.
Contribute to the enhancement of company-wide compliance policies and procedures.
Deliver training sessions to staff, ensuring awareness and understanding of compliance standards.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Skills & Experience:
Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor with relevant experience in compliance auditing.
Strong grasp of quality assurance principles and regulatory requirements.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-driven environment.
Benefits:
Competitive salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in internal auditing.
