As they continue to expand their presence, they are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to the our team.

Role Overview: The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the company in the Essex, Kent, London market and beyond. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential clients, and promoting our comprehensive range of lift services. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, industry knowledge, and exceptional interpersonal skills to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth, expand market share, and achieve revenue targets within the Colchester region.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online research, industry events, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their services.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase the value of their lift services and address client needs effectively.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, addressing concerns, negotiating terms, and securing contracts that meet both client and company objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations and technical teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets using CRM systems and reporting tools.
