To ensure the highest standards of maintenance and guest satisfaction, they are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Caravan Repair Technician to join the maintenance team.

Job Description:

As a Caravan Repair Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing caravans and mobile homes to ensure they are safe, comfortable, and fully functional for all guests.

Your duties will include:

Diagnostic Assessment: Conducting thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine the necessary repairs or maintenance tasks.

Structural Repairs: Repairing structural damage, including walls, floors, roofs, and windows, to maintain the integrity and safety of the caravans.

Interior Refurbishment: Performing cosmetic repairs and refurbishments to the interior of caravans, including painting, flooring replacement, and cabinetry repairs.

Exterior Maintenance: Repairing and maintaining the exterior components of caravans, such as siding, awnings, doors, and windows, to enhance their appearance and weatherproofing.

Documentation and Reporting: Keeping accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and parts inventory, and providing regular reports to management on the status of caravan maintenance activities.

Customer Service: Providing friendly and professional assistance to guests who report issues with their caravans and ensuring prompt resolution of any problems to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Caravan Repair Technician or similar role, with a strong background in caravan maintenance and repair.

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing structural issues in caravans.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in caravan repair and maintenance are desirable but not essential.
