Job Role

• Assisting residents with personal care such as dressing, bathing, and going to the bathroom.
• Help promote physical and mental activity daily keeping the residents entertained, this could be by simply having a conversation or arranging group activities with other residents.
• Ensure residents with limited mobility get around safely and get the support they need.
• Make sure residents are always treated with Privacy and Dignity.
• Keep residents’ care plans and notes up to date on a daily basis.
• Answering the phone, greeting guests and responding to residents’ emergency bells.
• Assisting senior staff with administrating medication.
