Top Job Recruitment is currently looking for Care Assistants to work in a family-run care home on the outskirts of Colchester.We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are looking for the next step in their career in Health and Social.For this role due to location, you must have your own vehicle to commute to and from work.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but won't be limited to-

• Assist residents with personal care.
• Assist with toileting, bathing and feeding.
• Help around the house with light domestic duties such as cleaning, washing and ironing.
• Complete regular checks on the residents.
• Help fill out mandatory paperwork such as Care Plans.
