Top Job Recruitment are looking for Care Workers to join a family owned business, that are proud to provide their clients with exceptional standards of home care, enabling people to live independently within their own homes and communities.

If you have experience providing clinically complex, practical, social and emotional support to clients in their own homes then this could be the role for you.

Job Role:

  • Establish and manage effective relationships and dynamics with a wide range of people
  • Maintaining client confidentiality
  • Able to communicate effectively with others
  • Showing a positive outlook and resilient nature
  • Working as part of a team to provide clinically complex, personal, practical, social and emotional support to individuals in their own homes, in a way that respects the dignity of the individual
  • Provide and maintain a high standard of healthcare to individuals upholding our values and ethos
  • Have access to all your care visits directly on your smartphone and will be able to log-on, log-off and input notes through your smartphone app.

Skills Needed:

  • Previous complex care experience is highly desirable
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns on a rota basis including nights, weekend and bank holidays:
  • Full Clean UK Driver’s license is required
  • Two Employment references
  • Successful candidates are subject to an enhanced DBS Check.
  • QCF Level 2 Diploma in Care (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
  • Preferably have at least one years’ experience working with the elderly with varying medical conditions, such as dementia, and/or people with disabilities. However, full training will be provided.
