The newly refurbished establishment has acquired a strong reputation for delivering fantastic food which has a strong influence on traditional and modern British pub cuisine

The kitchen focus is to use fresh ingredients which are as locally sourced as much as possible

Job Role;

• Ensure the consistency of your work is in line with the standards set by the Head Chef
• Assist in daily food prep and service
• Adopt and maintain the kitchens hygiene protocols
• Responsible for clean down schedule

Experience needed:

• Pub chef experience is preferred
• All fresh food background would be ideal
• Must be driven to work hard and succeed as a chef
• Be professional, approachable and friendly at all times
• Have excellent timekeeping and personal skills
• Ideally, come from a similar establishment
• Looking for a role for the longevity
