Top Job Recruitment are working with a company based in Bolton who are looking for a Part-time Commercial Solicitor.

Job Role:

• Working in confidential matter and dealing with data protection – The Legal Dept. is one of the most confidential in the entire organisation
• The main part of the role will involve analysing Terms & Conditions and Agreements from suppliers and customers and spotting problems;
• Working day to day with the main in-house solicitor but may be used by the directors for ad hoc tasks from time to time e.g. Companies House filings, record minutes of meetings etc..
• Travel to our different depots around the country every now and again when needed (this won’t be often e.g. once or twice a month if that but is essential)
• Expected to do other legal work consistent with an in-house counsel legal department and some administration work from time to time

Experience needed:

• A solicitor qualified in English Law;
• At least 2 year PQE in commercial law;
• The ability to draft and negotiate.
• A good command of the English language;
• A very good eye for detail;
• Good communication skills
• Fully au fait with Microsoft Word;
• Conscientious and hard-working;
