Top Job Recruitment is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Community Care Workers to work in Stowmarket and surrounding areas.

Our client is a well-established domiciliary agency providing the best quality of care to vulnerable individuals in their own homes.

Job Role

  • Deliver care to vulnerable adults in their own homes.
  • Provide personal care for the service user and administer medication.
  • Light cleaning and food/beverage preparation.
  • Keeping service users entertained and generally brightening up their day.
  • Travelling between service users’ homes in the local area.
  • Building strong relationships and trust with service users and other healthcare assistants.
  • Part-time and full-time hours available including weekends and late shifts.
  • Recording any tasks and actions in the app prior to leaving to the next service user.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Genuine care for others.
  • Experience or knowledge of caring for others in the community, residential setting or a relative.
  • Good understanding of social care and knowledge of the role as a community care assistant.
  • IT Literate and understanding of current technology (paperless working).
  • Willing to learn and progress while upholding their caring ethos.
