Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Compliance Coordinator for a Facilities Management company based in Colchester, Essex.

Our client was set up with one key goal – to simplify the complexity of facilities management.

As a Compliance Coordinator you will Work closely with our Compliance Supply Chain Partners to ensure all PPM works are scheduled in advance of the due dates. Also ensure the service reports and certificates are uploaded to the AIMS system by our Supply Chain Partners in a timely manner.

Compliance Coordinator Job Role

  • Scheduling PPM compliance visits with clients in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Partners to ensure dates are provided for upcoming tasks.
  • Managing emails and phone call queries from clients and Supply Chain Partners.
  • Managing tasks that are unconfirmed to avoid abortive visits to the business.
  • Providing updates on open tasks on a regular basis to the client and key stakeholders.
  • Updating the IEM systems to ensure complete transparency throughout our business.
  • Working closely with the Helpdesk and Operations Manager to ensure a one-team approach to managing all maintenance issues.
  • Raising purchase orders for approved works when required.
  • Support the Estimations team with creating Remedial quotations on our system and distributing to the relevant person to gain approval.
  • Working closely with other Departments to ensure a one-team approach to management of all maintenance issues.

Compliance Coordinator Skills Required

  • Develop good and effective relationships with all aspects of the business internally and externally.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent attendance and time-keeping record.
  • Exemplary attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • A positive and resilient attitude with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Excellent working knowledge of IT systems – Specifically Excel and Office.
  • Previous administration or scheduling experience.
  • Previous Customer Service experience.
  • Previous experience working within the property of facilities management environment is desirable.
