Top Job Recruitment are recruiting a Customer Experience Executive for our well established client based in Braintree.

You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive business relationships with Reburbisher partners.

Job role:

- Develop and maintain knowledge of the competitive dynamics of the marketplace

- Scheduling product demonstrations with new prospects and responding to partner customer requests, pricing and sales support.

- Participating in sales activities resulting in profitable revenue and sales margin achievement

- Maintain daily accurate sales contact and opportunity records

- Participate in marketing activities including sales campaigns, enquiries, calls, email marketing, referrals, market research, networking and industry tradeshows.

- Compliance with company departmental systems, procedures and processes.

- To undertake any other work-related request as specified by management and meet all departmental objectives.

- Maintain professional standards and confidentiality in all business-related matters

Requirements:

- Graduate level education and/or 3-5 years’ experience in customer service role.

- Understanding/interest in computer technology hardware and software advantageous.

- Competent user and experience of Microsoft Office suite of tools .

- Experience of Marketing including PPC, SEO, Social Media and Email is advantageous.

- Business graduate

- Car driver with full license
