We are currently seeking Full & Part Time Customer Service Administrators on a Temporary basis up until the 31st December 2021 with the potential to become permanent for successful candidates. You will be working for an online retailer within a team to ensure that the best level of service is provided at all times and that specified procedures are followed.

Location: Hythe, Colchester

Start Date: Week commencing Monday 4th October 2021

Working Hours: 7 day rota of 8am-7pm but you will only be required to work up to 5 days of the week at 37.5 hours PART TIME HOURS ALSO AVAILABLE  (8-4pm, 9-5pm, 10-6pm or 11-7pm, you will have to work some weekends but usually only one day and not every weekend)

Training: First 2 weeks will be training Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

Pay Rate: £9 per hour

Dress Code: Smart Casual

 

Main Duties:

* Respond to live chat, email and phone enquiries.
* Read incoming correspondence to ascertain nature of writers' concerns and to determine disposition of correspondence.
* Answer all incoming customer queries professionally and within agreed timescales.
* Handle and resolve customer complaints.
* Provide customers with product and service information.
* Enter customer information.
* Process orders, forms and applications.
* Identify and escalate priority issues.
* Route customer contacts to appropriate resource.
* Follow up customer enquiries where necessary.
* Compose acknowledgment correspondence.

Professional Skills & Abilities:
* Proficient in relevant computer applications
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology
* Customer service experience
* Good data entry/keyboard skills
* Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
* Relevant product knowledge
