Top Job Colchester are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for a property network in Colchester Town. They focus on helping branches & partnerships by taking call overflows and pro-active outbound calling.  Your primary focus will be assisting customers in looking for their new home.

Day to day tasks:

  • Handling high volume of inbound and outbound contact (calls/webchat/email)
  • Register client details and pass to relevant in branch teams to arrange viewings
  • Book  property valuations
  • Completing administrative tasks for our network of branches, be this building brochures, floor plans, window cards, editing photos, data input
  • Working with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards

Key Skills:

  • Highly self-motivated, ambitious and target-driven
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Resilient with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Computer literate with excellent keyboard skills
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00-6.00 with 1 in 3 Saturdays. When you work a Saturday you will get a lieu day the following week.
