Customer Service Advisor 

Top Job are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a  small team on the outskirts of Colchester. The company is growing quickly and have a great opportunity for anyone who has:

  • Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, listening and establishing rapport)
  • A genuine passion for speaking to customers, answering queries and clear communication with a positive phone manner
  • Ability to handle customer enquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, social media, etc.)
  • Experience in ensuring that customers queries are answered quickly and efficiently
  • Passion about being the best you can be
  • Strong team working ability as well as being able to work on own initiative
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Ambition and willingness to accept new challenges and grow with the business

REQUIRED

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Ability to work from home with own equipment (computer & basic peripherals) if necessary.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Excel) 

About You 

Being a big part of a small team, you’ll play a vital role within the company, so keen attention to detail and diligence is required. Due to the seasonality of the business, there will be busy times during the year where you’ll need to be able to work within a very fast-paced environment and adapt to the changing needs of the customer and the company as we continue to grow. It would be very beneficial if you had some industry knowledge, however, this can be taught.

  • Regular business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM - Some flexibility may be required outside of this
  • £18,000 per annum - Paid Monthly
  • 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
  • Permanent Contract - 6-month probationary period
  • Pension Scheme
  • On-site Parking
