Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant for our client based in Marks Tey.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy-fast paced environment for a well-established company. This Is a permanent opportunity working 5 days a week, one of which will be a day on the weekend.

Job role:

• Working In the Christmas department during the busy period before assisting the rest of the business in the visual merchandise department
• Liaise with suppliers and maintaining strong relationships
• Organizing and planning deliveries
• Providing customer assistance with any queries
• A flair for merchandising
• Assisting the department manager in driving performance on a day to day basis

Requirements:

• A strong customer experience background
• Computer literate
• Calm and positive attitude
• Merchandise experience preferred

You will be given a day training to build your confidence/knowledge of the products.
