Role: Customer Service Co-ordinator

Starting Salary: £22,605.44
Hours: Minimum 30 - 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday), no weekends. They are flexible with their working hours and welcome candidates seeking part-time hours, such as 9 am to 3 pm (Monday to Friday).
Location: Office-based position – working from home is not possible.
Ideal Start Date: 22 July 2024

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls as the HUK receptionist/sales support.
Efficiently process sales orders and manage customer enquiries via email and telephone, ensuring feedback is provided within 24 hours.
Compile and distribute weekly open order reports for key customers.
Monitor and manage carrier shipments daily.
Prepare and type quotations for internal office staff and external sales.
Process sample requests using CRM & SAP systems.
Complete customer delivery paperwork on a weekly basis.
Handle incoming and outgoing post efficiently.
Support and Coverage:

Provide support and cover on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays when only one member of the Customer Service Department (CSD) is available.
Assist in production order checking, roll slit creation, and planning.
Undertake purchasing and MRP tasks as needed.
Prepare and issue opportunity overviews on a monthly basis.
Compile and issue open quotations overview on a weekly basis.
Maintain customer price files and manage day-to-day changes.
Ensure CRM maintenance tasks are up to date.
Post incoming payments to SAP.
