Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Customer Support Administrator for a Facilities Management company based in Colchester, Essex.
Our client organises business' facilities management, by providing external support at a lower cost than other larger facilities management companies.
As a Customer Support Administrator you will be the middle person between clients (business buildings) and contractors.
Customer Support Administrator Job Role
Managing emails and phone call queries from clients and contractors.
Logging tasks on our system and assigning to a contractor in a timely manner.
Gaining updates from our contractors, on all open tasks strategically.
Providing updates on open tasks on a daily basis to the client and key stakeholders.
Updating our systems to ensure complete transparency throughout our business.
Working closely with the Account Manager and Project Managers to ensure a one-team approach to management of all maintenance issues.
Raising purchase orders for approved works.
Create quotations on our system and distribute to the relevant person in order to gain approval.
Customer Support Administrator Skills Required
Develop good and effective relationships with all aspects of the business internally and externally.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent attendance and time keeping record.
Attention to detail.
Professional telephone manner.
A positive and resilient attitude with a high level of self-motivation.
Excellent working knowledge of IT systems – Specifically Excel and Office.
Previous administration experience.
Previous experience working within property of facilities management environment is desirable.
