Job Title: Data Administrator
Location: North, Mid, South, and West Essex
Reports to: Centre/Service Manager
Accountable to: Chief Executive

About the Role

We are recruiting a Data Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading provider of support services for individuals and communities. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate client data, producing reports, and supporting the organisation’s operational needs.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting performance reporting, and enabling effective service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Input, update, and maintain client records, assessments, outcomes, and closures in line with organisational and national data requirements.

  • Manage the client database, providing performance and statistical reports to support service planning and evaluation.

  • Produce reports, documents, and spreadsheets to support operational activities and performance monitoring.

  • Allocate client assessments to the appropriate team members.

  • Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure client data is effectively managed across systems.

  • Ensure monthly data uploads are submitted to the relevant national monitoring systems.

  • Attend team and stakeholder meetings as required.

  • Liaise with central teams, regional and national agencies, and partner organisations to meet data collection needs.

  • Adhere to all organisational guidelines, policies, and procedures.
