Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Deputy Manager for an Elderly Residential setting specialising in Dementia Care.

Our client is a well-established home providing the best quality of care to its residents.

Job Role:

• Deputy Care Manager
• Caring for the resident's needs on a daily basis to a high standard
• Ensure that the objectives are met at all times & embracing the organisation's caring ethos
• Work within the policies and procedures set out by the Registered Manager
• Contribute to nurturing a homely and caring environment in which the residents can live a happy and comfortable lifestyle
• Working Monday – Friday
• Attendance at staff meetings and supervisions

Skills Required:

• Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Desirable)
• Experience as a Deputy Manager within an Elderly Residential Setting.
• Experience supporting a Registered Manager with risk assessments, rota planning in a senior post.
• An Enhanced Disclosure check will be completed and will be required to remain on the update service.
• A passion for working with Elderly Residential Care.
