Top Job are proud to partner with a national organisation who are seeking a Deputy Manager for their home near Worthing. As the Deputy Manager, you job role will include;

• To support the Registered Care Manager in ensuring compliance with the company Policy and Procedures and meeting all OFSTED regulations.
• To ensure that the home provides an environment that is safe and sensitive to the needs of the young people being looked after.
• To ensure that all staff are familiar with and follow Local Authority Child Protection Procedures
• To safeguard and promote the welfare and development of the young people.
• To plan, manage and lead shifts ensuring children are kept safe and engaged throughout the day.
• To be flexible in hours of work in order to meet tasks required.

In return, you will receive;

• Salary starts at £30,450 PA with a structured pay grades, so salary is based on your training and experience so that you are always paid fairly.
• Earn up to £3,250 by recommending a foster carer or up to £1,000 by recommending a full-time staff member.

What we are looking for in you:

• You must hold a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare
• You must have at least 2 years experience within Residential Childcare
• You must be 22 years old or above
• You must have a valid full UK Driving Licence
• You must have a strong knowledge of Ofsted Regulations
