Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for a Deputy Manager to work in a Supported Living service in Colchester on behalf of our client to work with Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviours. 

• Candidates will need to be confident and experienced with managing staff and rota supervisions
• Suitable for experienced Senior Support Workers and Team Leaders
• You will be Supporting Individuals in a Supported Living environment

Requirements

• Having a kind and caring nature
• 4 years of experience with working with challenging behaviours at a Senior Level/ Team Leader 
• Experience with supervising a team of Support Workers
• Familiar with Shift Co-ordinating and conducting support plans
• Good communication skills
• Driver with Access to a Vehicle
