Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for Deputy Residential Children’s Home Manager specialising with Young People ages 11 – 17 years with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties based in Bedford.

Assist the Manager to have responsibility for the management of services, including staff management and supervisions, care and placement planning, safeguarding, communications, report writing and monitoring quality and compliance.

Job role

· Deputy Home Manager

· Role is 40 hours per week

· Working with children, young people, and their families in a residential setting

· Holidays 22 days + 8 bank holidays, Company pension

Requirements

· Full UK driving licence

· Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services; or equivalent; or a preparedness to work towards the same

· Experience working with children in the last 5 years and at least 1 year at senior level

· DBS on update service

· Supervision or management experience.
