Job Title: Estimator

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Colchester (On-site; No remote work)

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Job Description:

Top Job Recruitment are working closely with an award-winning Contractor, who are seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team in Colchester. The business oversee a vast array of schemes ranging up to £15m; The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial construction, including projects in industrial, commercial, schools, leisure, and healthcare sectors. Candidates with a strong residential background may not be suitable for this role.

Requirements:

. Proven experience as an Estimator in commercial construction projects.

. Thorough understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.

. Proficiency in estimating software and tools.

. Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

. Willingness to travel to project sites within Essex, Suffolk, Cambridge, Hertfordshire, Northeast London, and Norfolk regions.
