Top Job Recruitment are looking for an Export Manager for our client on the outskirts of Colchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the team at my clients main distribution centre and have the opportunity to take the next step in your career. You will be responsible for all export documentation and process improvements as well as managing the export team. This is a hybrid role, you will be required to work in the office atleast twice a week.

Job role:

• Work internally and across external delivery and freight partners
• Managing the export team and ensure they are meeting and exceeding all service levels
• Ensuring orders are released to the warehouse
• Implementing relevant changes
• Deal with customer/sales representatives escalations and working with shipping manager to resolve
• Attend sales meetings to understand future growth and development areas
• Attend meetings with freight forwarders and delivery partners

Requirements:

• Experience working within exports
• Strong knowledge of export requirements and documentation
• Strong management skills/experience
