Top Job Recruitment is looking for Full-Time Field Care Supervisors to join an ever-growing team of community care workers in Bury-St-Edmunds.

Our client is a well-established domiciliary agency providing the best quality of care to vulnerable individuals in their own homes.

Job Role

• Deliver care to vulnerable adults in their own homes.
• Travelling between service users’ homes in the local area.
• Taking the on-call phone in case of sickness or emergencies.
• Help management set out care plans for each of the service users depending on their individual needs.
• Find cover for all shifts if other care assistants call in sick or have planned holidays or cover them yourselves.
• Work alongside the other field care supervisor on your team and alternate weekend shifts.
• Take the lead in reviews and spot checks of other care assistants to ensure that care is being given to the best quality of care.
• Help plan rotas with the management team.

Requirements

• Experienced community care or senior care worker.
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
• Good communication skills.
• Genuine care for others.
• Experience or knowledge of caring for others in the community, residential setting or a relative.
• Good understanding of social care and knowledge of the role as a community care assistant.
• IT Literate and understanding of current technology (paperless working).
• Willing to learn and progress while upholding their caring ethos.
