Our client are seeking an experienced Key Sales Representative to join their growing company based in Birmingham. You will be responsible for the retention and growth of the business in the branches within the Midlands and North region.

Excellent organisational skills are essential and a previous knowledge of the Builders Merchant/Wholesale industry would be highly beneficial.

JOB SCOPE:
• Maintain relationships with relevant contacts in the branches through an agreed and regular call cycle depending on the sales and activity in the branches.
• To carry out in store promotions
• Provide customer product training on the ATC product range
• To Develop and maintain excellent relationships within the branches
• Making sure ATC is visible in the shop through marketing i.e. display stands, brochures, posters, merchandising etc.
• Represent ATC at Exhibitions
• Detailed weekly Activity reporting and Itineraries

BACKGROUND
• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 Years Sales experience in field sales.

• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be capable of providing training and demonstrations of ATC products in a friendly and engaging manner.
• Have a genuine interest in the customer and products and the ability to portray this
• Being totally reliable and taking pride in a job well done.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Live in or around the Birmingham or Coventry Area
• Must be over 25 years
• Must have a Clean Driving Licence
• Must have personal references

A very attractive remuneration package of £29,000, a fully expensed van and commission of up to 20% of annual salary is available for the successful candidate.
