Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Finance Assistant for a Care Home based in Sible Hedingham, CO9.
Our client is CQC Rated ‘Outstanding’ and is a well–established family-run care agency that operates throughout Essex & Suffolk. We have an exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Assistant on a full-time basis, to join our busy Finance Team.
Finance Assistant Job Role
· Manage the finance email inbox and provide prompt assistance
· Set up new suppliers on our system and ensure all information is complete and accurate and processes are followed
· Check and code supplier invoices with accuracy for input onto our accounting system
· Supplier statement reconciliation for month-end payment runs
· Monthly business credit card analysis for allocation
· Inter-company invoicing
· Deal with both supplier and client telephone calls to resolve any queries
· Assist with monthly sales invoice production and allocation of receipts
· Other administrative duties as required
· Be a supportive team player during holidays and busy periods
Finance Assistant Skills Required
· Experience and understanding of Purchase and Sales Ledgers
· Very accurate with a keen eye for detail
· Previous experience in a similar role within a Finance or Accounts team
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook Email, Word, Adobe PDF
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Driving Licence (due to location)
