Our client based in Colchester who is a well-known seafood manufacturer are looking for Fish Filters/Cutters.

The role reports directly to the Manager. As a key member of the production team, you will be assisting in the preparation, cutting, filleting, portioning, and packing of all fresh seafood bought that morning ready to be delivered to restaurants around Colchester and parts of the UK.

This job will include the following:

• Filleting, preparing seafood, portioning.
• Distribution, stock control, quality management.

You will need to have:

• Previous cutting and filleting experience. This is not essential but will be at an advantage for your application, training will be provided should you have the following attributes.  
• Strong communication skills;
• Good attention to detail and excellent cleanliness standards
• Ability to communicate and deliver quality service and to be adaptable under the pressure of tight deadlines;
• Experience of working in a small team and 'get the job done
• Able to work in cold working environments

This will be an ongoing role working Monday – Thursday 7 am-4 pm and will be starting from 17^th May 2021

There will be an initial interview/Induction  on Wednesday 12^th May 2021
