Top Job Recruitment are currently recruiting a General Manager for a client based in Ipswich. The company are responsible for running several well-known vibrant public houses in Colchester and Ipswich.

Job Description:

• Train and manage staff
• Working with promotions team to implement exciting new events
• Maintain health and safety and food safety.
• Recruit, train and develop new staff
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors
• Daily administrative duties
• Responsible for profit and loss’s

Requirements:

• Three years’ experience within the pub industry.
• Motivational and outstanding communication skills
• Customer service background
