Top Job Recruitment is currently looking for a Governance & Quality Analyst on behalf of our client to work alongside them for a 12-month period to cover maternity leave.

Your main role will be to support managers and deputies across all services owned by the client.

Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Understand the new CQC Inspection Progress, Regulations and Enforcement guidelines.
  • Support with preparation, delivery, and reporting of auditing across all of Outlook Care.
  • Support the operational team to follow through on the completion of action plans.
  • Support operations with CQC notifications regarding new services.
  • Provide relevant information for the quarterly SQI report and any other related governance and quality reports.
  • Prep all On Call Rotas.
  • Support managers with complaints and safeguarding issues making sure they are all recorded appropriately.

Experience and Qualifications-

  • GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths.
  • Related experience in a similar role.
  • Fully computer literate with good working knowledge of word and excel.
  • Ability to work with your own initiative and adapt to challenges that may arise.
  • Understanding of Governance and Quality.
  • Ability to learn several different systems.
  • Be committed to continuing professional development.
