Top Job Recruitment are currently recruiting a Head Chef for our client in Colchester. The company are responsible for running several well-known vibrant public houses in Colchester and Ipswich.

If you are someone who has a passion for the bar industry and being creative with food, then this is the job for you.

Job Description:

• Menu building/design
• Maintain labour costs by creating effective schedules
• Recruit, train and develop staff including reviews
• Health and hygiene management
• Stock control
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and management

Requirements:

• Proven experience of head chef
• Ability to manage the kitchen
• Have culinary skills to teach others
• Enthusiasm and passion in the industry
• Three years’ experience in a similar field
