This is an exciting opportunity to lead operational responsibility for all FE programmes within the area of Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction!

About the role

Reporting to the Assistant Principal, you’ll take responsibility as a key curriculum manager to lead a vibrant and successful team, ensuring there are great quality programmes across Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction. You’ll help to drive, develop, and enrich the curriculum so learners are inspired to succeed, whilst managing and guiding staff to ensure excellence in every lesson!

About you

You’ll be educated to at least a Level 3 and/or hold a relevant qualification in the related subject area, along with a Level 4 Teaching Qualification or above. Experience of Apprenticeship provision is desirable, and you must be willing to travel to other sites when required. With experience of effectively managing a team, as well as evidence of supporting staff, you’ll be keen to establish a great student experience first time, every time!

If successful, you’ll be welcomed to the College with a full induction programme to support you in your new role.
